S&O PRINT FILM

A 6.0 mil matte white semi-rigid vinyl with a removable acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive on a 90# liner. This removable decal film accepts a variety of solvent-based, UV curable and latex inks. Designed for ease of application of temporary interior or exterior signage, decals, nameplates, diecut letters and point-of-purchase displays. Semi-rigid films are easy to handle due to their rigidness and thus can be applied quickly.

A 6.0 mil matte white semi-rigid calendared vinyl film. This product has a specially formulated microsphere removable acrylic adhesive backed by a 90# layflat liner. The combination of vinyl and adhesive allows for ease of repositioning the graphic during installation and superior removability from normal wall surfaces. The 90# tight release liner provides excellent stability for processing using standard solvent and UV curable and latex digital inks.

A 6.0 mil matte white semi-rigid vinyl with a unique and innovative pressure sensitive adhesive that is specially formulated to be both high-tack and removable (HTR). The combination of vinyl and adhesive is designed to stick aggressively to most surfaces, but is specially formulated to remove cleanly for up to a year. It’s also forgiving in the event you touch the adhesive to itself—it will separate cleanly and the adhesive stays anchored to the vinyl. The 90# tight release liner provides excellent stability for processing using solvent, latex and UV curable digital inks.

A 2.0 mil white print-treated polyester film with permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive on a 90# layflat liner. This film is designed to accept a variety of UV curable and solvent-based screen inks. May also be used with flexographic, offset and letterpress inks but must be tested prior to use. This product is designed for permanent decorative decals, product identification markings and nameplates. Recommended for use on smooth flat substrates.

A 2.0-mil white print-treated polyester film coated with high-tack permanent solvent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive on a 90# layflat liner. This polyester film is designed to accept a variety of UV curable and solvent based screen inks. May also be used with flexographic, offset, and letterpress inks but must be tested prior to use. The 90# liner offers good dimensional stability over a range of environmental conditions resulting in excellent sheet printing. This product is designed for permanent decals and nameplates requiring adhesion to a variety of substrates ranging from clean metal, painted metal, glass, styrene and low surface energy plastics such as polypropylene and polyethylene. May also be applicable to certain powder coated metal finishes.

A 2.0 mil white print-treated metallized polyester film with permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive on a 90# layflat liner. Metallized white polyester is a block out film for covering previous graphics. This film is designed to accept a variety of UV curable and solvent-based screen inks. May also be used with flexographic, offset and letterpress inks but must be tested prior to use. This product is designed for permanent decorative decals, product identification markings, parking permit stickers and point-of-purchase displays. Recommended for smooth flat substrates.
