SCREEN & OFFSET

A 1.0 mil matte clear polyester film coated with permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive on a 1.2 mil polyester liner. Designed for general purpose overlaminating film for decals or nameplates for protecting the underlying graphics.

A 3.75 mil clear flexible embossed polypropylene film designed for use as an economical short term protective overlay for Traffic Graffic® decals. This laminate is also an environmentally friendly alternative to PVC films. PPOL-AP overlaminate offers a permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive formulated for exceptional clarity and bond for these types of applications. This product is intended for use as and overlaminating film to produce short term Traffic Graffic® floor decals, table and counter top applications. PP-OL is also approved for indirect food contact. The adhesive is formulated to adhere to most common printing inks. However, specific ink formulations must be tested before use. Some inks may contain
excessive flow additives that could reduce adhesion of this product.

A 2.0 mil write-on, wipe-off dry erase 2.0 mil clear film. Designed for use with dry erase markers and coated
with a permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive on a smooth paper overlaminating liner. This product is recommended for producing general purpose graphics, decals and unprinted substrates for use with dry erase pens. Typical substrates are paper, cardboard, photos and unprinted substrates.

A 2.3 mil white metalized print-treated polypropylene film coated with white pigmented acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive on a smooth overlay liner. This film is designed to accept a variety of UV curable and solvent-based screen inks. May also be used with flexographic, offset and letterpress inks but must be tested prior to use. This product is designed as a low cost opaque overlaminating film for two-way decals. Film is especially suited for use with clear low tack vinyl or static cling vinyl window decals. Suggested use: (1) Print face down on a clear film, (2) Laminate barrier film over print, (3) Print face up image on top of barrier film.

The topcoating is designed to accept a variety of UV curable and solvent-based screen inks. May also be used with flexographic, offset and letterpress inks but must be tested prior to production. This product is designed for permanent decorative decals, product identification markings, point of purchase decals, and consumer information labels. Recommended for use on flat smooth substrates.

A 2.0-mil silver metallized print-treated polyester film coated with high tack permanent acrylic pressure
sensitive adhesive on a 90# layflat liner. This polyester film is designed to accept a variety of UV curable and solvent-based screen inks. May also be used with flexographic, offset, and letterpress inks but must be tested prior to use. The 90# liner offers good dimensional stability over a range of environmental conditions resulting in excellent sheet printing. This product is designed for permanent decals and nameplates requiring adhesion to a variety of substrates ranging from clean metal, painted metal, glass, styrene and low surface energy plastics such as polypropylene and polyethylene. May also be applicable to certain powder coated metal finishes.

A 5.0 mil clear rigid calendered vinyl film with a slight texture designed for use as a protective overlay. Adhesive is a water based permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive formulated for exceptional clarity and long term compatibility with vinyl films. This product is supplied on a 1.5 mil polyester clear liner designed to provide extremelysmooth adhesive coating. The scratch resistant vinyl overlay film should be considered as an inexpensive alternative to polycarbonate overlay where specifications allow. Designed for use as a protective and decorative overlaminate to produce mouse pads, counter mats, decals and display graphics. The adhesive is formulated to adhere to most common printing inks. However, specific formulations must be tested before use. Some inks may contain excessive flow additives that could reduce adhesion of this product.
