DPM MOUNTING FILM

GF 106 mounting film is a double-coated pressure sensitive 1.0 mil polyester film with optically clear permanent acrylic adhesive. Two 1.5 mil polyester film liners are used to maintain excellent adhesive clarity. This clear mounting film offers protection from UV light, abrasion, moisture and other environmental exposures. This product is designed for laminating thin flexible films and papers under 10 mils in total thickness. It can be laminated by the cold laminating process without the addition of heat.

GF 107 print mount film is a double-coated pressure sensitive 1.5 mil opaque white polypropylene film with acrylic high-tack permanent adhesive on both sides. GF 107 is a self-wound product using a 4.5 mil white 76# paper liner. This product is designed for laminating thin flexible films and papers. This opaque mounting film is laminated by the cold laminating process without the addition of heat.

GF 112 print mount film is a double-coated pressure sensitive 0.5 mil clear polyester film with acrylic high-tack permanent adhesive on both sides of the polyeser film. GF 112 is a self-wound product using a 4.5 mil white 76# paper liner. This product is designed for laminating thin flexible films and papers. This opaque mounting film is laminated by the cold laminating process without the addition of heat.

GF 113 is a double-coated pressure sensitive 1.0 mil clear polyester film with permanent adhesive on one side and removable adhesive on the opposite side. GF 113 is self-wound on a 1.25 mil clear polyester liner printed with “Remove to Expose Adhesive” to identify the removable adhesive. This clear liner allows the graphics to be viewed after application of the 113 mounting adhesive. This product is designed for laminating thin flexible plastic films and papers commonly found in graphics for temporary application to glass. The permanent adhesive is exposed when the product is unwound leaving the removable adhesive protected by the liner. This clear mounting film can be laminated by the cold laminating process without the addition of heat.

GF 114 is a double-coated pressure sensitive 1.0 mil clear polyester film with a permanent adhesive on one side and removable adhesive on the opposite side. It is self-wound on a white 76# paper liner. GF 114 is designed for laminating thin flexible plastic films and papers commonly found in graphics for temporary application to glass. GF 116 is a double-coated pressure sensitive 1.0 mil clear polyester film with a high-tack permanent adhesive on one side and a high-tack removable adhesive on the opposite side. GF 116 has a 4.5 mil clear air-egress PET liner printed with “Remove to Expose Adhesive” on the removable adhesive side. The air -gress liner assures smooth bubble-free application (NOTE: Air-Egress adhesives are DRY APPLY ONLY). The clear liner allows the graphics to be viewed after lamination with GF 116. This product is designed for laminating thin flexible plastic films and papers commonly found in graphics for temporary application to glass. The high-tack permanent (HTAP) adhesive is protected by a 1.5 mil clear polyester liner. This clear mounting film can be laminated by the cold laminating process without the addition of heat.

GF 118 is a double-coated pressure sensitive 1.0 mil clear polyester film with a permanent adhesive on one side and a removable adhesive on the other side. GF 118 has a two-liner construction. One side has a 1.2 mil clear polyester liner printed with “Remove to Expose Adhesive” to identify the removable adhesive and allows the graphics to be viewed after lamination. The other side has a 1.5 mil clear polyester liner for added clarity and wet out (permanent adhesive side). This product is designed for laminating thin flexible plastic films and papers commonly found in graphics for temporary application to glass. GF 118 clear mounting film can be laminated by a cold laminating process without the addition of heat.
